We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Most KKCL products displayed at the Site are available in select KKCL stores in the Indiaand select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in KKCL stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in USD and are valid and effective at all places with the applicable conversion rate. Accessories like belts, chains etc. have been used only for display purposes & do not form a part of the garment, unless otherwise specified.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent KKCL products are offered for sale in India through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting KKCL's products and services available in the India and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by KKCL from its offices in KKCL - Kewal Kiran Estate, 460/7, I.B.Patel Road, Near Western Express Highway, Goregoan(E), Mumbai - 400063 . One or more patents may apply to this Web site. Any dispute arising shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Review Order & Payment

All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Review Order. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking Continue. You may also click on the respective tabs in order to go ahead with your order. When you click on “PAY NOW”, you will be directed to Payment gateway site (Paypal site), wherein you would need to enter the details of your credit card, along with your credit card billing address for verification purposes. Alternatively, in case you have a Paypal account, you may use your login/password to make the payment.

Canceling an Order

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

KKCL Online accepts the following credit cards:

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Can I buy as much as I want online

Not exactly. Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale, so in order to enforce this policy, online purchases are limited to nine (9) items per style, per customer. However, there may be certain exceptions to this policy.

Tax policy

• Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).

• Tax is calculated at the unit-level, as some states offer tax exemptions and exceptions for certain apparel items. Some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.

• Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.

• If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.

KKCL collects applicable taxes in all states .

Order Status and Tracking

Checking Order Status

If you have placed an order with KKCL , you can check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided on your order confirmation email, or at the top of your personal account page once you log in to the site.

Tracking Packages

To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include a tracking number (Federal Express or United Parcel Service) or a delivery confirmation number (IndiaPostal Service) in the shipment notification email.

On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number provided on the Shipment Summary tab next to Order Details.
